Some of the endless benefits of our Reformer workout:
Please wear workout clothing that lets you move freely and that will not interfere with your activity on the reformer. Tops that fit enough so you can keep an eye on your posture and leggings/shorts that don’t get caught in the springs are ideal . For hygiene, health and safety reasons, you need to wear grip socks during the classes
- bare feet and outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. In case you’ve forgotten your socks, you can buy a pair at the reception
Whilst mat Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities regardless of their exercise history or abilities, Reformer Pilates is more challenging. Our Dynamic, Core and Sculpt classes are intermediate to advance level with full-body routines, so if you are new to the Reformer, have injuries that prevent you from keeping up with the rest of the class or coming back to exercise after a break you need to join the Beginners classes. Group classes are not suitable during pregnancy or if you are recovering from injuries, surgery or illness, so instead please book one-to-one or duet sessions where exercises can be adapted to accommodate pregnancy, injuries, weaknesses or limited mobility.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class so you can be checked in and start on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means you won’t be admitted and the class credit will be lost;
Please bring water or buy it from the cafe’ before making your way up to the studios;
