Especially effective at targeting the glutes and legs muscles, this full-body workout will also enhance posture, alignment and core stability whilst improving overall functional fitness, whatever your fitness level. This popular workout, perfect for those who want to tone their body at a high intensity, is also our only group class suitable for pregnancy, reducing muscle tension, enhancing your overall and of course strengthening your core.

The benefits of VITA Dance & Strength Classes
Some of the many benefits of our Dance and Strength classes:
They increase your muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness, adding a cardio boost to your Pilates routine.
They tone and strengthen your full body, through body weight exercises to give you lean, long and strong muscles.
They enhance your posture and alignment as well as increasing your flexibility and mobility.
They improve your balance and stability, while also enhancing your coordination and rhythm.
Please wear workout clothing that lets you move freely. Tops and leggings that are fit enough so you can keep an eye on your posture are ideal. For hygiene, health and safety reasons, you need to wear grip socks during the classes - bare feet and outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio. In case you’ve forgotten your socks, you can buy a pair at the reception.
Who are classes suitable for?
There are no particular contraindications for our dance and strength classes provided you don't have restricted movement in your feet, ankles and knees.
What time shall I arrive for my class?
Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your class so you can be checked in and start on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late means you won’t be admitted and the class credit will be lost.
What shall I bring ?
Please bring water or buy it from the cafe’ before making your way up to the studios.
that I have been given notice of my right to cancel my contract with you within 14 days, but I would like to access the services within that 14 day period. I understand this means that if I cancel within that period, I will be liable to pay for any part of the services I have used, and if the services are completed in that time, I will not be entitled to any refund at all.

that I have no relevant health condition (including injuries and pregnancy) which may affect my participation in any relevant session and I will follow staff instructions at all times during a session. I acknowledge that sessions involve intense physical exercise, which carries risk and I accept that risk. I understand it is my sole responsibility to ensure that I m in suitable health to take part in a session (including by obtaining appropriate medical advice). I must be certain that a session is suitable for me taking into account all the relevant circumstances. Before I use a facility or participate in any session, I will tell a member of staff if there are any circumstances affecting my health that may be made worse by using that facility or participating in that session.
